Oral Presentation Guidelines

To ensure the smooth flow of the scientific program, please follow these instructions:

Slide Upload

All presentations must be submitted in advance. Detailed submission instructions, including the designated submission link, will be provided via email.

Please submit your final presentation no later than the day before your scheduled session.

Speakers are encouraged to bring a backup copy of their presentation on a USB drive.

Speaker Arrival

Please arrive at your assigned session room at least 10 minutes before the beginning of the session to meet the session Chairs and familiarize yourself with the presentation setup.

Presentation Timing

Keynote Speakers: 20 min + 10 min discussion

Oral Presentations: 15 min + 5 min discussion

Time limits are strict; session Chairs may interrupt presentations that exceed the allocated time.

Technical Guidelines

Formats: PowerPoint (.ppt/.pptx) or PDF, 16:9 widescreen format

System: Windows 10, Microsoft Office 365

Personal laptops: Not permitted. Presentations must be uploaded in advance to the assigned Dropbox folder.

Videos: Embed in PowerPoint and test beforehand.

Fonts: Use standard fonts (e.g., Arial, Times, Helvetica).

Readability: Ensure text, figures, and images are clear from a distance.

Final check: Review formatting, readability, and spelling.

Mandatory disclosure: Include a disclosure slide immediately after the title slide listing relevant affiliations or financial interests.

If your presentation contains videos, animations, audio, custom fonts, or other multimedia elements, please verify that all content works correctly before uploading your final file.
