Poster Presentation Guidelines

Poster presentations provide an opportunity to share your research in a clear, engaging, and visually accessible format.

To ensure consistency across the poster exhibition and facilitate interaction between presenters and attendees, please follow the guidelines below:

Poster Size & Format

Size: A0 (841 mm × 1189 mm / 33.1 in × 46.8 in), portrait orientation.

Posters must fit within the display boards provided.

Poster Printing

Presenters are responsible for printing and bringing their posters to the conference.

Poster Setup & Removal

Presenters are responsible for installing and removing their posters during the designated times.

• Poster installation: From 8:00 am or at least 30 minutes before the first poster presentation block.
• Poster presentation periods: Two designated 30-minute presentation blocks will take place during the day:
  • 9:30–10:00 am
  • 4:30–5:00 pm / 5:00–5:30 pm

Presenters are required to be present at their posters during both designated presentation periods to present their work, answer questions, and interact with attendees.

• Poster display: Presenters are welcome to leave their posters on display throughout the day, including between the designated presentation periods, but are not required to be present outside of the designated presentation periods.
• Poster removal: At the end of the poster exhibition day, following the conclusion of the final presentation period.
